The Consumer service gives practical advice on resolving a consumer problem around goods and services and passes relevant information onto Trading Standards.  Local clients are helped with issues including; house fittings and appliances, transport, personal goods and services, other household requirement, professional and financial services, leisure, commercial goods and services and communication and technology. This is a nationally delivered project.
